    channel power problem...help

Sometimes when I fire up my system, the right channel is at about 50% power. Highs and lows are all there but the power is weak. I am running a pre-amp, bi-amps, crossover in a mostly vintage (70's-80's) system. Any ideas what and where the problem could be?

    Thanks for your input.

Could be the volume pot on your preamp, a dying channel on your amp, who knows? Try switching your L/R wires around to isolate the problem and see if it's the pre, amp, source, or speakers. At least this way you'll know what's wrong.

    Hope this helps.
