    subwoofers,MTX

    Am looking to purchase a MTX subwoofer model sw1515,cannot seem to find any reviews.Does anyone know how these home theater subs perform.Ron

    Well, I haven't heard their Home Theater models, but I have heard their Car and their DJ speakers. I hated their car speakers due to lack of real low freq. response and the fact they sounded hollow. Their DJ speakers my friend has does have some of the same characteristics as well. They punch loud but thats about it. I know this is comparing apples and oranges here, but as they say "the apples doesn't fall far from the tree." So I would be a little hesitant in putting any MTX products in my home theater.

    i've listen to the mtx towers with 10 and 12 in woofers in them and i would agree with the above post
