Paradigm Monitor 9 v5 replacement feet?

Hey everyone. I've had a pair of Paradigm Monitor 9s for several years that are still great speakers. Recently, we replaced the carpet in our living room with wood floors. These speakers have carpet spikes, and I'm hoping to replace the spikes with some type of feet so they don't scratch the wood flooring. Any ideas on what I can use? I've been to two local hardware stores and can't find anything that fits the bill.

    Thanks!
