Yamaha HTR5740 or HTR5660

I am looking at getting a newer receiver and I just went to Best Buy and saw that they have the HTR5740 for $300 and the HTR5660 for $330 (on clearance, prev $500)... As far as I can tell... they have the same output wattages, even though the HTR5600 rates 85w, it is for 20hz-20khz... whereas the newer HTR5740 rates 100w at 1khz.

The HTR5660 also seems to have more outs and ins. But I cannot find any information which really says definitively whether there are any other technological upgrades between the two years.

Which should I choose?
