Speaker cable question...

Hello, Can speaker cable be too short? Could it somehow affect the sound in a negative way? Also, how about interconnects? Thanks in advance, Michael

...reach the speakers' terminals, it will most certainly have a negative impact...

You have to be concerned with gauge more than length and there should be a comfortable "drape" if you will, to provide some stress relief...

With ICs, the shorter the better...allowing for the same consideration as noted for the speaker wires...
