    Built To Spill............Tonight

For you fans of this group, I just saw in our local paper that they are playing a free concert in Rehobeth Beach at a local bar tonight. I know it's sort of short notice, but if you follow this group, you probably know about the show already.

This is one of Swish's bands and I checked them out and quickly checked them OFF. Not my cup of tea. I was simply putting out a notice for their fans that might be in the area after seeing it in my local paper. You haven't heard them, I guess?

Morons! They're pretty damned good if you ask me. Been around over 20 years and have a pretty deep catalog along with a dedicated fan base. Doug Martsch is a talented front man and 'Perfect From Now On' was one of THEE best records of the 90s.

I Can Hurt a Fly is the 'hit' off that record. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvFyMi8Xky0

Actually the best BTS release of the'90s was Keep It Like A Secret followed by Ancient Melodies from the Future (technically a 2000 release). Earlier releases have their moments but they were bogged down with the prerequisite indie rock grinding meander.

The 'proper' way to comment, instead of saying "Actually the best BTS release of the'90s was Keep It Like A Secret followed by Ancient Melodies from the Future", would be "I think their best was....

Finch, I can't imagine you wouldn't like BTS, but then again I can't believe you missed any of the numerous threads about BTS in the past.
Repost this on your wall if you love Jesus.

Could be because they were usually started by Swish and only had a couple of hits. Don't know if that was a reflection on the band or Swish, which would be hard to believe. Sometimes FA would give him a "pity post" to brighten his day.

Coincidentally (maybe not) BTS has a new album coming out. I heard a track called Living Zoo that sounded pretty good or at least pleasantly familiar.
