Food and drink that goes well with listening

For me it's a Pilsner from one of the craft brewers. Lately its been Little Yellow Pils. That's sort of ordinary. What I have to have along with it is 1 1/2" squares of ~3/8" thick Extra Sharp Cheddar with thick sliced Pepperoni on Stoned Wheat Thin crackers.

I'm an India Pale Ale guy. The more pungent the hops the better. I like to sit down in front of the stereo, crack open a bottle and read stereophile or a catalog like music direct. Tonight i have some Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin IPA's in the fridge waiting for me.

I like to drink when i listen but do not like to eat or snack.
