School me on this King Crimson disc

Got it for 95 cents. Disc only, no info.

A Beginner's Guide To Projekts. First 7 tracks are all called Masque.

What can you tell me about it? Is it part of a set? Is it a best-of? Sounds like Pat Mastellotto on drums.

    Tia.

Almost bought a bottle of this today, but decided to go for their Oak Aged Mocha Stout instead. No, I haven't tried it, yet.
