    Surprised (again) !!!

Ever play an old CD you haven't heard in a while and you are (re)surprised at something ?
I pulled out the old offerings from YES called Keys To Ascension and
    Keys To Ascension 2.
While remembering the studio recordings placed along side the live stuff as done well, I was surprised at how good the live recordings are on these discs.

The best of the Best :

On Keys To Ascension 2...............TURN OF THE CENTURY...............wow..............very nice.

Not a song played live at many YES concerts but at this one, it is excellent.
    old Denon
    older Bose
    new Velodyne sub
new Sony 1080 LCD & BluRay
Big, clean sound @ 800 watts

Its a great sounding recording, though I've read that its rather "sweetened", but I prefer it to their other live offerings. A lot of people love Yessongs but I think it sounds like a hot mess. Sure, the performances on that one was that of a young energetic band... and a lousy recording. Sound-wise, KTA is nearly as good as Symphonic Yes from '03.
Repost this on your wall if you love Jesus.
