I'm one of the cool kids, now!

Okay, not really a cool kid, but my brother gave me a Kenwood KD-291R turntable. I had to buy an $8.36 (shipped) stylus to get spinning, but it's a start to see if I can get into this whole vinyl thing before spending some cash on a decent player and the associated vinyl.

I have about 50 albums that I picked up at a thrift store for free, so I'm only out about $9 for now.

Obviously, this isn't a top of the line turntable, so the sound quality is down a bit compared to my CD player, but it's always fun to play around with other things.

With the time you will find a good turntable, mine is not good either but it does the job fine for me.
