    Pioneer TT

Hello everybody! This is my first post and I'm glad to join this forum.
I decided to come back to vinyl records and just added the turntable to my stereo system. This is Pioneer PL-670. I want to replace the original cartridge, so I need your advice. What cartridge is better for this P-mount tonearm? I'm not looking for the cheapest one. Any suggestion is wellcome.

    Welcome to AR!

Take a look at this page - http://www.needledoctor.com/Online-S...unt-Cartridges

Choices would depend on preference. The Audio-Technica 92ECD is good but some people consider Audio-Technica's cartridges to be too bright. The Grado cartridges are nice but they have a sound of their own, too. It's considered to be too lush for some people's ears. My favorite from this page would probably be the Ortofon OMP10. It sounds more neutral to me.

I second the Ortofon. I had an Audio Technica 90CD and indeed, I wouldn't have wanted it as my main cart.
