    Messenger, always brings bad news.

You've got me all messed up! Riding through the wind, don't get left behind!

Okay, I've had a little bit to drink, but can you believe that this board doesn't have a single Wipers thread? What kind of music forum is this??

gee Rae, I'd love to participate, but most of my internet time is on a cellphone that cannot see imbedded video (nor emoticons for that matter). Sorry

I call my bathroom Jim instead of John so I can tell people that I go to the Jim first thing every morning.

What's cooler than a elementary-aged kid singing Wipers covers at an ARC function? Not a whole hell of a lot.

I'll watch the vid when not on my phone but, The Wipers?!, Hells yea!
Maybe not their official prime, but I play the Hell outta side 2 of 'the Herd' - "Stormy", "Sinking As A Stone"...so good!

All right! At least one other participant in this thread. I put on Youth of America the other night just to honor it and it sounded absolutely great. My experience with the Wipers doesn't go beyond the Is This Real?/Youth of America/Over the Edge axis, but I can imagine that Greg Sage has aged gracefully in obscurity. Allmusic has a pretty high opinion of The Herd so maybe I should check it out.

Bump for a sunny Friday afternoon Wipers appreciation. I put "Messenger" that other thread but I just put on Over the Edge and then Is This Real? back to back and I'm totally jammin' out. Youth of America and "Can This Be?" up next!
