    Good day!

Well I found no info on how to do this so I dcided to go ahead and do it myself. Here is some pictures of the board with the caps removed. I drew lins on the board to make it easeyer to find the spot when I install the new ones. You can see in the picture EQ C4 C5 where the caps were leaking on the board.

The only little trick to take it apart was the light lens is installed from the front and held in place with the housing from behind that is slid over the lens flang.

    Good day!

I finnished replacing the caps and decides to repace the RCA jacks as well. I used a dremmel with a small carbide ball bitt to remove te rivits from the inside to remove the board with the jacks. Since the holes in the back are bigger than the new RCA jacks I used #12 stainless steel washers to make them fit. The washers are not mutch bigger than the holes so care had to be taken to get them centered. The parts where under $20 so it is not an expensive repair and now my speakers sound like they should now. I used some small screws from my remote control cars to fill in the holes where the rivits were and to attach the ground wire.

Great job! Would you be willing to share the capacitor list? I have a series 3 equalizer that I want to re-cap.
