    audio recorder for play-by-play football?

I am looking for some type of audio recorder to record play-by-play of sporting events and plan to upload the audio for download or streaming use via Internet.

Any reccomendations that provide adequate quality sound at reasonable price??

    Thanks,

Hey Alex and welcome to the forums.

Good news/bad news time...please don't get discouraged by lack of resposes. Your question would fall within the boundaries of a "Pro Audio" question (as in application-based technology) whereas most on this site are rather more familiar with "Home Audio"...sorry

The good news is that this is a highly diverse group of characters with a lot of life experiences...hopefully someone will come along with some of that knowledge and prove me wrong.

    In any case, welcome...
So, I broke into the palace
With a sponge and a rusty spanner
She said : "Eh, I know you, and you cannot sing"
I said : "That's nothing - you should hear me play piano"

    Hey -

I would think just a standard voice recorder that you would connect to your computer via USB and off load files to would work.

My wife uses a cheap on for notes in class - works fine for an hour+

Here is a search result on overstock (don't use amazon, the bastards)

    http://www.overstock.com/search?keyw...rchType=Header

    Good luck.
