Post Trying to choose a new A/V receiver

    Hello,

this is my first time posting a thread, ill try to be as specific as possible. I auditioned a Cambridege audio Azur 350r and to my liking it sounded great musically, and i do love to listen to my 2 channel audio now and then. I did some research and noticed it does not support any of the new decoding features.

TO get to the point im trying to decide between a

    NADT755 on for $625

    or the

    cambridge Azur 350r for $600

Did you hear the NAD? NAD and Cambridge have a different sound from one another. Both are respectible brands and I feel sound better than the mass market offerings. However, I would not spend that kind of money and not get HDMI and HD audio decoding. I'd move on to Onkyo, Marantz or Denon first. I'd prefer the NAD over the latter though.
