here is an idiophile from Burgundy, used to posting in french audio forums. Just feel like trying the US community (if such a thing just exists!).
I'm basically an audio addict (melomaniac too, mainly classical, small formations...string quartets, piano...though I didn't resist getting the new tracks of Exile On Main Street...).
