    Help for a tube newbe.

I just purchased a Primaluna Dialogue 2 integrated amp. Stock tubes from Primaluna are 4 x KT88, 2 x 12AX7, 2 x 12AU7. I was given several sets of NOS tubes with my purchase. I am looking for some feedback / insight on these NOS tubes -- what are the advantages AND are any of these NOS tube any good (sound improvement)? Here's the list: 4 x Sylvania 6L6 / 5932, a set of Sylvania Gold Brand 5751, a set of Telefunken 12AU7, and a set of Bendix 5992.

    Thanks for your thoughts.

    Sonus Faber Cremona Auditors
Acoustic Zen interconnects & spkr wire.

People think that NOS tubes were made better and sounded better because they were made when tube tech was at its peak. It boils down to what sounds best to your ears!

Have you tried tube rolling (swapping the tubes)?

    Nice setup, by the way.
