    B&W v204 floor speakers (vintage?)

Hey, I'm new to the whole good speaker thing but would love to play my vinyl through a good system. I bought a pair of these very cheap just to try them out...however i need to find the audio cables to connect to a system to actually play music through them and have no idea what to get???

any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers!

Well speaker cables are very simple in their design and for a someone just getting into hooking up a system I would not go all out on expensive cables. For a set of old lesser priced speakers like you are running you could probably get away with some 12 or 14 guage standard cables form Radio Shack or if you could find a audio retailer some monster cable or probably just to get you going you could probably get away with some lamp cord from home Depot at least until you get everything going and figure out how everything is going to come together. Either way I would not spend too much money on cables with a inexpensive setup.
