    B&W DM 220 Driver Question

Good Day All...I have just purchased 2 8" drivers from a DM 220 set.
When I got home and read the magnet tag info. one driver read...
Bass and mid unit ref BZ 200/16
    the other one reads...
Bass and mid unit ref BZ 200/220
any explanations on why the numbers differ...also it appears the dm 220
had an 8" woofer and an 8" midrange...did I buy 2 mid woofers, 2 woofers or maybe one of each...a tad confused...Thank you

I am not familiar with that speaker enough to know what the difference is but it would seem like that those are numbers in relation to the impedance as far as the 16 would go but the 220 it would mean the speakers model number. I am not sure if that meant you got a mismatch woofer/mid or you have both woofers or mids. Since that speaker uses the same size of woofer and midrange but I would think you could look at their construction and tell if they were different unless they used the same driver and just crossed one of them over for midrange use only and had the other for bass duty. Sorry I could not help more.
