Because G Swishdaddy is such a trendsetter

I had to go out and get my own set of Paradigm speakers.

But because I’m not quite as cool as Swish, I only got the Studio 60s instead of the ultra cool Studio 100s.

We set them up last night and proceeded to spin a wide selection of tunes to test them out. Its like my ears just woke up after a 43 year long nap. We’re hearing things in our CDs that we’ve never heard before. It’s a beautiful thing.

Very nice FA! Now you get to bring over all your friends who will never appreciate the wonders of hi-fi, will set their beers on your lovely new speakers, and poke the tweeter just to see what will happen.

    Anyway...enjoy your new toys.

(you might not be as cool as swish, but you're cooler than me, I only have Studio 40's...in my garage).

    Welcome to the club!

    (you know, us gear snobs)

It is a great experience to hear your whole collection for the first time...for real. Just wait until you drop a nice amp in the mix with all the command and control those puppies want.

Save the boxes. Save all your boxes.

Since you were showing off your rig, here's mine.

Your speakers look like my speakers' little sister. And how about my 50" Panasonic plasma?

I hope you give your electronics some open door treatment while playing your tunes. I went with an open rack so my big Adcom amps and my Rotel processor have plenty of breathing room. I have to do a better job hiding the cables and speaker wire though. Sloppy, sloppy.

G Swishdaddy - bigger is better
