Need to ID an album...

Was at a tequila tasting party and there was latin themed music on the play. One album I liked I got a glance at and tried to remember it so I could hunt it down... mebbe it was the tequila, but I only have partial recollection, and Google is failing me

The artist was something similar to Bebe&Ciulogila
The title was two largish words I didn't know in spanish or similar.
The album are was a photo (i think) in black and white with some red text. There was a sticker on it that said it was somebody's album of the year. NYTimes album of the year?

that's not a lot to go on, but hopefully someone will give me a clue. Thanks.

Anyone know this album. It was kinda hard to hear through the haze.
