Just got tickets for Les Dudek

Yeah I know he's old, but so am I.

I guess I have enjoyed Les since I was 10 or so being played by my brothers. One of my favs is a Steve Miller song written by Boz Scaggs called Sacrifice. Yep, that's Les playing all the good guitar. Tickets are only $17.50, what a throwback!

Wow! I didn't expect anyone to bring up Les Dudack. I thought he was too obscure or long forgotten, and he is touring of all things. I have City Magic on LP.

Hyfi aren't you out East? The casinos around here have some clubs that bring in older bands that were good and StL is a Classic/obscure Rock kind of town but Les has never made it through. Trower comes through every year.

I haven't heard a Dicki Betts solo album I was very fond of but I saw him open up for Marshall Tucker in the early 80's and he scorched the place. He just blew me away. Details are foggy as I said it was the 80's plus I spent the day of the concert at a German festival, so lucky I made it to the concert at all.

Yeah, I am east, northeast just outside Philly. In Sellersville is a small venu where lots of old timers come for cheap. Every seat is good.

Not to hijack but who has Tommy Bolin or Pat Travers?

I've got Bolin's CD which features Post Toastied. I also have a Billy Cobham LP which features Bolin and Jan Hammer.
