    Question custom speaker wiring?

    I'd like to put a 50 Ft. speaker cable from my PC to my PC speakers. (I know that sound quality will be affected, but that doesn't matter).
    Could someone tell me how to wire the 'three contact' audio plugs and sockets to construct such an extension?
    Thanks,

    Hey R_L, welcome to AR! What model of PC speakers do you own? I suspect they may use proprietary connectors, so this could be challenging

    'elapsed';
    I need a unit with a rectangular subwoofer for the use that I'm putting it to.
    Cheap unit such as AltecLansing BXR1121 or Logitech Z4.
    Aren't the connectors 'standard' that plug into sound jack on PC?
