"No thanks. I'm too old for that kind of stuff. ---GSwish"

...do you have your Depends all up in a bunch 'cause of that Chameleons thang? You really couldn't have expected to disappear for a few days and come back with that and not take a little heat.

Now ya got a comp and "Bob Sagget Sings Lawrence Welk" on the way.

Ooohh Lawrence Welk and his tribute to Hoagy Carmichael. Norma Zimmer sang "Rockin' Chair". Years later when I heard Maria Muldaur sing "Rockin' Chair" I thought oh that is how the song sounds with some emotion. Sure I am drunk but I spent a lot of Saturday nights with my grandmother a LW fan. I have other Norma Zimmer stories if anyone is interested.

Absolute respect, but take it with a grain of salt. Some would argue it's like being given a "Key to the City" By Tony Montana...real pillar of the community, ain't I.

Hey, random thought: where's Davis Love the Monkey and Finchey been? Mayhap everyone's on holiday?

You know, the fact that I'm posting this in my own thread has me rethinking the entire project...

Why you lookin' for me? I've been posting on RR, but saw no reason to post in this thread, since I fingered you'd probably throw your surprise in w/ the Kids Of Podumk CD you were gonna send me.

Well, if you get bored, you can watch this video of my dog in the bike trailer.

Edit: Hmmm, this was supposed to go under bobsticks' post, but I'm too lazy to fix it.

Mebbe it's just been me that's absent, although this place does seem particularly slow even for summer...and, yeah, that was the plan.

    One for the wallet....

For the oenophiles among the audiophiles, you may wanna keep this on file:

    DANGEROUS
Can I help you with dinner?
Wow, you sure look good in brown!
    Could we be overreacting?
You know, there are a lot of apples left.
    I hope you didn't over-do it today.

    SAFER
    What's for dinner?
    Are you wearing that?
What are you so worked up about?
    Should you be eating that?
What did you DO all day?

    SAFEST
Where would you like to go for dinner?
    WOW! Look at you!
    Here's my paycheck.
Can I get you a piece of chocolate with that?
I've always loved you in that robe!

    ULTRA SAFE
    Here, have some wine.
    Here, have some wine
    Here, have some wine.
    Here, have some wine.
    Here, have some more wine.

And now, for something completely different (this one's for you, Sticks....)

Kewl, but this is more in line with my idea of a proper response to Finchey's sauce-filled post...
