    with line in
mic and a couple of others but I can t see that now

I used to be able to make mp3 files direct from internet
radio for eg audacity was very useful

But somehow I can t figure it out this time

I've installed audacity, but I only use it for editing, not for recording. I did try a test recording with it, though, and it worked ok off my sound card. Haven't used it for a while, so don't remember the settings. Audacity is not bad, but I don't find it very intuitive to use.

I've just bought Magix Audio Cleaning Lab (at a discounted price, superseded version), which I'm currently getting used to. The interface seems a bit easier to use than audacity, but I've only just started with it.
