    Denon AVR 1804 On screen problem

    I have one Denon AVR1804 connected to a dvd using a video component cable but the onscreen programming does not appear on the tv as when I used the SVHS cable. Is this a problem? The equipment is still under warranty so, if this is a problem I would exchange it...

    With that model you will only get onscreen display with the s video.
