Question Any Recommendations for an Anti Static Mat?

The Stanton USB turntable my hubby got me for Xmas has a horrible "scratching" mat (for DJ's...I'm not planning on "scratching" with my records anyway) which seems to collect tons of static (when I lift an lp off, it picks up the mat too!). Need a nice version that doesn't collect static like this. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi there,

here are some examples, all are good mats, some are upgrades, some are just replacement mats, choose one depending on your budget

If static is your only problem, then I suggest you go to Wally World and get a roll of non-slip mat for $1.29. Use your scissors and cut it along the edge of your platter.
Just stay away a stock felt mat.
