wondering what to match with new reciever

im thinking bout a set of large advents, or a set of hpm 100's. mainly i do wanna stay vintage
only. ive been told that what i have WILL TEAR SPEAKERS APART!!!!

i mainly listen to around 10-12 watts but on occasion i will turn it up. with the hpm's i know that these will take the pounding from my 1980.

who else has some ideas on this an inputs vintage speakers only- id like to get the best sound stage possiable with pcs of that era

a whole lot of advents?

they'd make an awesome combo with your amp though. Just do place a fuse between them, they can't take all the power in the world...

its only if i like the large advents, that ill keep em. if i dont ill go for 2 sets of hpm 100's
but im also lookin at other options of speakers too.

as ive been known on ak to go volume happy- so im looking for a set that will take the abuse from the holy grail of pioneer
