David Gilmour-Live at the Royal Albert Hall

Just got this 2-disc live dvd today. He plays his last album,On an Island, completely along with several Pink Floyd standards.Guest stars include David Crosby,Robert Wyatt,Graham Nash and David Bowie.Looks great, sounds very good and if you are a fan you need to check it out.It lacks the LPCM track that was on his last concert dvd.

    Dammit dammit dammit!!!

Dammit Bill, you beat me to the punch!

I received my copy yesterday as well but didn't watch it yet. I watched Aeon Flux instead.

Can't wait to plug it in and lite it up!

This was premiered in movie theaters on Saturday. I really, really, really wanted to go. But life got in the way. I've read nothing but good reviews about it.

Yes, Musicman. That was it! David Crosby, David Bowie, just like you desribed. But I don't remember if I saw it on VH1's Greatest Concerts or NPT.

I saw it for only $11.99 American at Best Buy last night, but I was in a hurry and passed it by. Perhaps that was a mistake.

I'd rather watch Aeon Flux than sit through "On an Island."

That's what I was thinking too! That totally changes the comment.
