Yamaha Rxv870 A&b Front No Output

Hi! ijustgot this yamaha reciever and i hook it up and thereisno sondscoming out of my front speakers A or B but the center and srrounds work...i check inside and i dot see any sing of burn...is this worth fixing or trash it? i paid 30 dollars for it..is in nice cosmetic condition....please help....what to check? ic or relays ...

What are you listening to? CD, DVD, TV, Radio? Many DVD's don't have much going on in the L/R channels.

What kind of processing/DSP are you using...
Have you set up the speakers with the OSD (on screen display)...

Do headphones work on the radio?

i am listing on cd and fm...i notice that if changes it to cd the screen display is not changing its still on a radio station and i bypass the surround mode...also check the level setting and put it on the middle...no a or b output but the all relay click i am going to try head phone tonight
