    Smart cat

This is his favorite spot to park himself. And mind you, I've got those 3.6's CRANKED!! I think he likes the thump from the bass.

There's an audiophile born every minute. Congratulations; you're right on time.

My cat sometimes sticks his faces in the bass port on the speakers in the living room.

My cat uses my proceed amp as her personal warming block. It drives me nuts.

Not mine. My cats head for the hills!

Maybe I just haven't hit on their taste in music?

my cat also seemed (he has passed away now) immune for the sounds, exept when I was spinning them black discs, he couldn't stand them...

otherwise, no problem, he really seemed to like jazz...

    Keep them spinning

One cat runs. The other sits right in the sweet spot and purrs when I have music on.
But if I put on a movie with explosions, she runs too.

    stacked advents in the garage

    oh ralphie,

not bad for a g-sys. nice stands.

my cats react to the sounds when there are birds etc, and one stares at the 52" LCD tv during the wildlife specials and other times too.

once, she ran around behind the tv to try to catch the bird!

How do you open those doors without clipping the speakers?

Why, thank you! The stands were made from the finest buckets I could purchase at Lowes.

The ultimate cat toy is...a laser pointer. There's endless fun to be had with one and a cat. Even when the cat finally figures out at least where the funny light is coming from they still try to attack it.

Looks worse than it is. Both doors open about 70 degrees. Plenty.

Good question. My guess is that Zoe's answer would be different from mine.

Must be in their nature, my cat likes to lay on the sub. I think because its warm & vibratey, but maybe he's just a basshead.

    lasers

ESTAT:"The ultimate cat toy is...a laser pointer. There's endless fun to be had with one and a cat. Even when the cat finally figures out at least where the funny light is coming from they still try to attack it."

most of my cats (there are several) are irresistibly attracted to the pointers and a couple even come running when they hear the key chain attached to it rattling.

one however, a part siamese, looked at us like: "what-you expect me to fall for that?" she had no interest in racing around the room to entertain us. it seems the siamese are highly intelligent. my friend had a couple and after not being at his house for about 6 months, they immediately recognized me and jumped right into my car. usually cats will keep you at a distance for a while after having not seen you for that long.

My cat comes running for the laser dot when I push the button on it. He knows how it works but he'll still play.

He knows how it works? He knows about the mirrors and the excited gas and everything? There may be a market for your cat. Ever thought of putting him on a talk show?

Maybe he means that the cat knows it's battery operated?

That's a good point...they might consider doing a photo shoot as an advertisment for the company. Good idea!!!!
