    Nad L40

I have an older NAD L40 all in one stereo receiver and CD player. I'd like to replace it with an all in one receiver, CD, and DVD player. The L53 is a bit pricey for my budget. Does anyone know of any similar product at a lesser price? Many thanks.

To maintain the NAD level of sound quality it will be tough. Have you thought about just adding an inexpensive 60.00 dollar DVD player ? Then save for the L53.

Yes, I have. Maintaining the same level of quality is not as important since this is a secondary system. Space is key. So I like the all in one. Thanks again.

How about the Philips MCD703? It's only stereo and might be too big, not sure if you are looking for surround...

I know Pioneer had some all-in-one systems, but I think they were even more expensive.
