    With my slight french background that roughly translates to "THE CHILDREN OF THE PARADISE" so im guessing that it would be Children of men... just guessing here...
    that makes as much sense as a drunken mongoose playing the piano

    Good guesses everyone...most everyone comes up with the translation, which is CHILDREN OF PARADISE ...the French Classic from 1945 directed by Marcel Carne, however, this trivia question is a bit tougher as it has to do with this film as an in-joke on another film....does anyone know which film used this reference?

    It is seen in this other film just as I have it posted ...

    Simone...not quite, although there are some funny movie send-ups in that film.
