Paging J: Remember "We Like Da Moon"?

Of course you do! How could you forget? Anyway, I jsaw those crazy Spongmonkeys on a TV commercial the other night and had to laugh. I can't quite remember the product, but I think it was food-related (tortilla chips or pizza). I still have the link for it and had sent it to a bunch of people who also got a kick out of it. Anyone else want a good laugh, you can click on http://www.rathergood.com/moon_song/ and have some fun with it. I also noticed that the site is hawking t-shirts with the characters on them. I may have to get one of those suckers.

I call my bathroom Jim instead of John so I can tell people that I go to the Jim first thing every morning.

If you say the word 'gullible' very slowly it sounds just like oranges.

I saw an ad for Quiznos yesterday that had these creatures featured.

Yes! That's it! I knew it was food-related...

but I really don't pay much attention to TV commercials. In fact, I usually mute them as soon as they come on. When I saw these goofy characters I was almost quite surprised since I thought they were so obscure and would never have make it into the mainstream media. I think J sent that link to us on the old board well over a year ago, so it's really funny that they showed up on TV now..

Yes! I saw the commercial a couple of times myself. I had forgotten that I was the one who'd put the link up. Someone had sent it to me in an email. It is a bit strange since it went around a year ago & with stuff like that if it's going to cross over to some other medium it usually happens quicker. I mean, I haven't sat through that song since not long after I'd posted the link. It's sort of like as though you saw 'hampsters' dancing in a commercial or something like that.

    I don't like others.
