    Light and LCD TV

Daggum Wives are always getting in the way. I am moving again and have to get a new room for the theater. I have a 32" Panasonic LCD. The room it and the rest of the gear has to go into is literally a Sunroom. Am I better served putting the set on the actual window wall? I would be sitting looking out the windows and at the tv....Or would it be better to just bite the bullet put it across from the windows and deal with the glare?

    Thanks!

WAF may dictate in this matter, too, but good curtains will do wonders in either case. If you have them, you can place the TV where it looks best, or works best with the rest of your decor and gear. One of the advantages of LCDs is that they will stand up to a good amount of ambient light. I have an LCD on a wall opposite two big windows with curtains about 18' away. When I close the curtains, which are not completely opaque, in the middle of the day, the LCD thrives.
