    And speaking of wind...

    ...it was 72 years ago on this date in 1934, that observers at the weather station on the summit of Mount Washington, in New Hampshire's Presidential Range measured the highest surface windspeed ever documented on the planet...231mph.

    i was about to reccomend shockwave, but i was just on there to get in a nice early morning bout of Joust... when i find all their 80's arcade games are gone!!!! i used to love playing Joust on there! have to find it somewhere else now....
