Music Hall MMF-2.1 Motor Buzz

For some odd reason, and it just started happening, my motor makes a weird whirling/buzzing noise as the pulley spins. It makes the noise with OR without the belt connected to the thing.

If the table is under warranty you should send it to be checked out. Motor noises are usually not a good sign. Has the table been moved recently and the motor mount loosened? Could something small have fallen down around the motor? It would be easier to diagnose in person and a qualified service person is what it sounds like you need.

I have had this problem for years now with my MMF-2. However, it's still operating normally. I tried emailing Music Hall but had no luck! Does anyone know someplace in the NJ area I can take it to for repair?
