Subwoofer rec for B.I.C. DV62si?

I just acquired a set of B.I.C. America DV62si bookshelf speakers (with the Ed Frias crossover mod) and I'd like to pair them with a compatible subwoofer to get a little more on the bottom end. Any suggestions?

Don't get the BIC subs...I have a few of their speakers, great value, especially with Ed's reworked crossover, but their subs are pretty so-so IMO.

Do you have a budget in mind? What size is your room? How large could it be (roughly)?

My budget is pretty modest (hence the BICs). Room is tiny (home office).
