Power Supply? What do I Need?

I need some help in determing just what I need for the the equipment below.

Sony SXRD(RP)60"
Denon 2106AVR
Denon 1920DVD
Paradgim Monitor 7 Fronts
Paradigm CC370
Paradigm ADP170 Surrounds
SVS PB10

My salesman wants to sell me a Panamax Power line conditioner model 5300EX. Do I really need this or is it just totally overkill. Its a lot of money for it. I know I need something
but this? Cheaper options that will protect above system. Haven't had any issues with power spikes or surges just the occasional stuff you get from storms. Thanks for any replies.

You need a powerstrip with a circuit breaker like this

or if you're feeling spendy, this

Maybe one for the TV and one for the rest. You just want surge protection, you don't need power conditioning.

I'm going to order a couple of ones from Parts Express... I have a construction project ongoing, I'm having two dedicated 15 amp runs to the HT wall. Those would work really well.
