Has anyone considered pro audio gear, such as the new Behringer A500 power amp?

I have a set of Klipsh KM-6 and Yorkville YSM-1 studio monitors , and I like the idea of having big, punchy sound ....the kind where you can sense the amps power , even at lower volumes (for mainly rock/pop music), but still have good clarity and accuracy. The Behringer amps are very inexpensive, and can be bridged for 500watts apiece...how about 2 of those, and use some kind of 2 channel pro audio rackmount tube preamp to sweeten the accurate but probably clinical sound of the behringers? (And have some sorta stylish rackmount case to mount everything in) .... I'll probably purchase at least 1 of these amps, and if they don't cut it for 2 channel/HT playback, I'll put it to work in my little home studio.....
