    What Receiver Should I Get???

Hi guys, I need some expert advice. (sorry if this is in the wrong forum)

I just purchased the following speaker package (Onkyo SKS-HT240):

I've read and heard that this speaker package is one of the top low-end packages out there. I got the entire thing for $350.

Now I need a good, affordable 6.1 channel receiver that will put my "good" speaker system to use. I've done some research and I'd like to keep it under $250.

    Please help me!! Thanks!

what is your budget? the best way to select the receiver for you is by making use of your own ears. i suggest you audition denon and marantz. these 2 brands covers almost all other brands. all brands great for ht would sound like a denon while all brands great for music listening would sound more like a marantz.
