Klipsch Promedia ultra 5.1 vs promedia 2.1

I am looking to get a set of Klipsch promedia pc speakers for my computer, other than 5.1 vs 2.1 what are the main differences in the speakers between these 2 sets? I love the ultra 5.1's looks and bigger sub but i only need 2.1 not 5.1. would it be worth it to get the ultra 5.1 set and sell the extra speakers or should i stay with the standard 2.1 ?
I would apreciate comments from people who have either of these setups for there pc
    thanks

But I did have to make a choice in my setup between a 5.1 system, and a 2.1 system.
I listen to mostly music, not movies on my computer, and because of that I chose the 2.1 system. If your into movies on your computer, or games that support a 5.1 soundtrack then you might want to consider a 5.1 system.

I have heard and seen both. Performance wise the 2.1 sounds better on music. I don't like the volume control on the 5.1 either. If you use mainly music then definately get the 2.1. You should really go hear both of them.
