I recently received an evaluation copy of the Frameshift disk. It's very good. It may even be promoted to Excellent after a few more listens. I'm not familiar with Cross however.

If you like Frameshift, check out Chain (also available through ProgRockRecords). Both are Henning Pauly projects. As excellent as Frameshift is...I prefer the Chain CDs, Reconstruction and .exe .

Cross is one of the latest bands to Prog Rock Records. They are from Sweden. They sound pretty good from the samples. Chain sounds good as well, I'll add Exe to my wish list.
