    Pioneer SEDIR800C or Sennheisers R130??

    Alright gang,

I am looking at purchasing a pair of wireless headphones, choices are:

    Pioneer's SE-DIR800C and Sennheiser's R130 (HD130)

    Which one should I get?

Pioneer seems to have the best reviews but I also hear that they are pretty fragile, I have a 2 year old so if junior gets his hands on them...(I may have answered my question myself), I do like the digital connections over analogs but I have also heard that switching sources was a bit of hassle and may require the use of an optical splitter. Any advice, would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Cool

I got a pair of snauzers for 45 bucks for casual listening, quite good, really.
    EH 150'S.
Look at it this way, pioneer does a LOT of things, some better than others.
Sennheisers do ONE THING , headphones, and maybe a few sidelines.
So which do you want, a guy who rides his bike on the weekend,
    or Lance Armstrong?

THATS EXACTLY RIGHT!!! I went with the Sennheisers although one call had an open box special on the Pioneer's for $225, I am happy with my choice they sound good and project an SRS surround mode for Movies.

    Thanks pixelthis!

    Anytime.
ONE THING good about seperates is you can pick and choose, buy speakers from a speakermaker, receivers from those good at making those.
I wouldnt have a pair of Sony speakers in my house, but I have had several of their disc
players and a lot of their TV sets.
