Those Yammys are pretty sleek: When you play 'em does Thus Spake Zarathustra come on?

yeah - isn't it great to hear music again for what seems to be a clearer time on better gear - sit back, relax, enjoy a song or two - great time - especially in this summer heat!

Welcome to the club, Mark. It's nice to see someone who's willing to jump right in. I believe you'll find plenty of knowledgeable folks around here...so if ya gots the questions spit 'em out...you'll also find plenty of heathens down in the Rave Recs section that will be more than willing to revisit and relive the halcyon days of punk...

    Peace,

    sticks

    any good stereo shops around

or do you have to go to buffalo? i left there before i got into audio in earnest. but i am sure there are some good stores there. or would toronto do? foolishly, i never went there.

i am in southern california now and i aint leavin'. LA has mucho used vinyl, live jazz, and other music too. fortunately good audio sites abound on the net so theres never a drought on that front.

try audioasylum.com, audiokarma.com, audiocircle.com, and you will stay busy. audiogon.com has forums as well.
