AR-2ax?

I got these two speakers given to me! I have a few questions about them...At least one appears to be an AR-2ax...the other speaker looks the same from the front, but the connections and knobs on the back are different...I'm trying to identify the other speaker.

I tried to post pictures but it said they were too large...and they were off my cellphone...I dont get it. This post is useless without the pics....am I to manually resize all of them???

for the pictures: upload them to the Audioreview phot gallery (under the big 'Share' button above, there is a link to the photo gallery, there, click 'upload photos, on the right...)

could it be that the connections on the one speaker have been replaced??
and if you remove the speaker grill, do they have the same drivers??
