    Are you still buying CD-Rs?

If you're like me, you still make music discs for people, and I go through them like water. Lately, I've been kind of stunned at the price of blank CD-Rs- $23 for 100 blanks, and that's the sale price!

Anyhoo, I went into CVS Pharmacy this morning and found they have Maxell 50-packs for $7. They also have the CD-R Music blanks for the same price. I'm a happy boy.

Don't know if this link will work for the ad, and also don't know if CVS is nation-wide, or just in California. Too lazy to look. If you think there's a CVS near you, just click on the 'Weekly Ad' button at the top right of the screen when you go here: CVS pharmacy - Online Pharmacy - Shop for Wellness and Beauty Products

Since I make a lot of copies for the car I go through a fair amount of cdr's. I use a Sony stand alone cd recorder and I have to be careful what kind I buy. Any disc for computers will not work. The last ones I bought were on sale at Staples. Sony brand of course and I do not know if any other manufactures still make them? Now I feel like I need to stock up.

I have a Sony standalone burner, too, and the Maxell CD-R Music discs work fine. They are $6.99 for a 30-pack at CVS. Still a pretty good buy.

I use quite a lot as well, mostly for work that are provided to me for free. I did shop for some for my personal use and found the prices to be about what you stated; $28 for 100 when I used to get them for about half (or less) than that. I'll have to stop at CVS and see what they have.
I call my bathroom Jim instead of John so I can tell people that I go to the Jim first thing every morning.

If you say the word 'gullible' very slowly it sounds just like oranges.
