It's that time again. There are a few more albums I want yet (Woven Hand, Califone) but I don't plan on buying anymore until next year. Whether I can actually hold out that long remains to be seen. Instead of trying to jam everything on it I did things a bit differently this year. While I'm sure I could have worked in some Slayer and Tool and Mastodon I decided to leave the metal off as it doesn't really fit in with the rest of the stuff here. I also left out some meh stuff (like Espers) because I wanted to focus on the ten albums I listened to most and not just cherry pick good songs off of mediocre albums. I guess this post can serve as my top 10 of 2006 as well. Anyway . . . . .
