    Why so slow....

I'm ready to give up. Waiting for the page to load, if it loads, is getting rediculous. Decided to post this and clicked the site link at 11:05 EST...it's now 11:21 and counting and I can finally press the "Submit New Thread" button. What's going on?

    oh, the irony

it took me forever to load this page.

BUT HELP IS ON THE WAY!!!!

Slow loading pages is due to our ancient ad server, and we are FINALLY replacing that ad server in the next couple weeks. We've tested it out on some of our other sites, and seems to work great. So within a few weeks pages should be loading faster than ever!

Thanks for your patience, the load times drive us all insane too.

Use Firefox or Opera as they load much faster than IE anyway.

I followed your advice Davey and it improved things here at work dramatically. Thanks for that tip.
