Arcade Fire & The National in Chicago, 4/25... pre-sale info?

Anybody know how to qualify for AF pre-sale tickets? They just added a show this April in Chicago, but I'll be damned if I can figure out how get on-board with their fan club or whatever it is I need to do.

My wife saw this on Facebook: Chicago date added! 4/25 @ UIC Pavilion with The National. Pre Sale starts 1/20 @ 10AM CST, General sale 1/22 @ 11AM CST arcadefire.com/shows

The link provides zero relevant information. Not sure what to do next. Anybody have a friend at Merge Records?

Just to follow up, since 194 people were curious enough to view this...
Pre-sale tickets for the Chicago show went live @ 10:00 on their web site this morning, and my lovely wife was nimble enough to snag 3 halfway-decent seats. There may still be seats available, I'm not sure.

According to their online schedule, this is the only non-festival date on their calendar for the foreseeable future.
